For me it's when some random fuckass incest is added. I was reading this one manga and it was pretty cool bc the couple were switches but for some reason there was a scene where the little brother on one of the main guys sucks on his nipples... in a weirdly sexual way...
I hated it so much I had to stop reading it immediately
