Should I go to therapy orrrrr start believing in god again ??
Im not getting better either way but at least im doing something

That's literally so real... I was just considering both... like why not do religion (at home cause I don't trust churches or institutions) Like having rituals to do at night or in the morning might help my sanity. 1 reply
