An assistant of a wizard, mad scientist or the like 2nd villian to show up, not the main one tho I'm not that special.
Or a crazed artist who's just there as some narrator.
Thos has nothing to do with a fav story I just saw aesthetic and went with it but ig the genre would be fantasy, phycological or/and comedy.
