Here's my story: I always felt that my parents were pretty chill and that they'd be fine w/ me being bi, with a lean to girls, but just recently my dad commented that a gay man on tv should "go out to the desert and shoot himself for the trouble he's bringing his family" when the man was coming out to his family. Now I'm pretty upset and my hatred against my dad is even deeper. I'll probably just tell my mom at this point and cut my dad out of my life. So this is my coming out story so far.
