help me!!!

Today is mother's day in my country and i forgot abt it cuz of my exams!! i haven't prepared a gift and idek what to get my mom, pls give me some suggestions!!
so abt my mom: she likes fancy gifts (gold accessories like watches,rings, earrings) but the problem is my budget is low rn i can't even afford a single ring, she likes flower bouquets but she already had a ton of them gifted to her and she likes perfumes but she already has every perfume she likes so idk what to dooo :(
