1) Omelettes, crack two eggs in a glass or bowl, beat aggressively with a spoon, add salt and some black pepper and cook in the pan with the tiniest amount of oil.
2) banana milkshake, add two bananas and half a cup of cold milk in the blender, some honey/sugar depending on how sweet you want it. Add grated nuts as topping.
