I'm going crazy

I made a weird scenario in my head, having a tearful break up with my imaginary girlfriend. The argument was so detailed too like the whole plot could be drama material wow. But i got too into it, i think i was stuck in this scenario for an hour and i didn't even notice i started crying until i opened my eyes. I'm going insane. I've never ever been in a relationship, ever. It's like 2am in the morning for me right now i think im not fully sane yet. I should probably go to sleep now.
