Actually, in Asia (especially South Asia) people wash their butts using water (and sometimes soap). Hell even Japan has a toilet where they shoot a jet stream where it washes your anus. Since manhwas are usually set in Asian countries, I’d assume that they wash their buttholes with soap and water, therefore their butt is actually clean.
