it's been some years since i started dropping my social medias, it's amazing. i rarely hold my phone as well since i moved back in to my parent's house to take care of them and my mom HATES it when we're on our gadgets too often. how did i do it? lessen my dependance to short-term serotonin boosts was the start for me. then i just got used to it ov......   reply
