Morally, yes. In the eyes of the law, no — but you could still be prosecuted under the Anti-Bullying Act in the said country and may face civil liability. It actually just depends on how much ones country give shit about anti-bullying in different levels.   1 reply

This might sound a little harsh but no. Each person has a different level of emotional strength, someone else could have gone through the same thing and reacted completely differently. Also, if it wasn't a bully, it could have been something else. Maybe the bullying was their 'last straw', in that case there had to have been many other things that ......   reply
