Junji Ito is boring and the definition of "overrated"
His only redeeming quality is his art style (which I personally don't like but that's a whole nother thing), his writing and storytelling skills are absolutely terrible, all his manga follow the exact same plot line.
If you say "oh his manga is scary and disturbing" there are mangaka with scari......
