Girl it's not gonna work that way LMAO I've been crocheting for like 2 years now, it's hard but like keep watching more tutorials before getting started but once u like learn everything u can't stop lmao I made like multiple flowers with crochet and sold them so keep going
It's gonna be hard at first but just keep practicing! This is one of my hobbies that I really love doing! It's repetitive but also calming when you get the hang of it. If you're having troubles with the chain, you could try searching up "chainless foundation crochet". I suggest doing mini square pouches with drawstrings first, they're great for beginners.

Good luck with your future projects! You could also try scarves, clothes, and hats for plushies or pets. Pet hats were amazingly easy once you get the magic ring right. There are tons of tutorials about making magic rings easier, but in my experience, doing it the regular way was the easiest.
Me with any new hobby . I learned the basics years ago, but I was really bad at staying consistent. I once made an extremely short and lopsided scarf lol. I've been seeing all these cute little crochet projects though. Makes me wanna relearn~

yes!!! the stiches get to tight, it's hard to get the hook through. when i loosen them up, the loops end up bigger than the earlier ones sometimes i have to undo all bcs i forgot which part i am doing. i regret ever complaining abt crochet prices doing a “simple” crochet already costs blood, sweat, and tears.
