Too ugly and scared to post my pics on my private social media

Took them photo at the start of April(for the purpose of posting) but still bring can’t myself to do it.,.tho The photos turned out rlly good ,my makeup slayed but hear me out , my face full of hundreds of acne, bumps and pimple and I wear ugly glasses all the time idk what to do. I’m scared my friends will like the pics but the next day they see me they’ll be surprised how ugly i actually am
