Mine is definitely syringe attacks, a couple of years ago i heard this story of a girl who's ex attacked with a syringe filled with acid and I've been scared since
the buzzing sound of that specific thing dentists use to take care of cavities and stuff, and anything that reminds me of it. literally terrifying reply
