Didn't tried this tricks but according my biology teacher said this was very effective, try to pinch you nipple, i know its weird but it said it signals the brain to wake up. And some of my classmates tried it and it did wake them up. Sooo idk hahahaha( ´ ▽ ` )ノ   1 reply

What I think I did when I started waking up at 4:30, was raising up as soon as I heard my alarm went off. You know that your supposed to be awake but ur body wants to sleep, so you need to avoid staying still b4 u knock out again. If you have to do something at that point like brushing ur teeth or something, do it. Getting off ur bed slowly wakes u......   reply

Theres an app called alarmy and i recommend it. It's free and a life saver. Do the picture setting it makes it so you have to walk to take a picture of a certain area you choose and so you have to physically get up to turn it off. They also have annoying ass alarms or you can add your own alarm so I added the "Your New Morning Alarm" song so i woke......   1 reply
