you just need to LOCK. THE. FUCK. IN, it works if ur really determined about it, and maybe try sleeping early? honestly on some days i dont even sleep at all then i check the clock and it's like 6:00..then i just sleep in the middle of the day which is probably why my sleep schedule is fucked up. one thing that could help is probably setting up a g......   1 reply
