STRETCH!!! like literally search for stretch and S.T.R.E.T.C.H, I have the same issue too I wake up with the worst back and plus lower waist cramps. like I've searched for every sleeping position possible and still wake up like am a 90yr old granny with scoliosis...   reply

Try changing your sleeping position and/or stretching when you wake up and before bed. You can also try being more active during the day (take yourself on a walk or something). Sounds weird but it helps   reply
