I usually go to bed from 8:45-10:00 on most school nights and then wake up around 5:40-6:00. On the weekends it varies depending on what I did that day and what I have to do the next day but I usually stay up later. If I don't get at least 8 hours I feel terrible so I try to prioritize my sleep.   reply

Sleep when I'm tired or just randomly decided to go and sleep (fyi I don't stay up at night) and I wake up when I feel like it. when insomnia doesn't mess things up for me I go to sleep at 1-2 am and wake up at 9-10 am. I'd like to start going to sleep earlier... -_-   reply

Honestly, it used to be really bad like I’m talking about going to sleep at 7 o’clock in the morning and waking up at nine then it became honestly really good. I would go to sleep at 12 then wake up at like 9/10 but ever since I met my boyfriend And we’ve been sleeping on the phone together and talking all night we just go to sleep at random ......   reply

OMFG RELEASE ME IT'S JUST A CYCLE OF HEADACHES EVERYDAY its so shit like ideky theres j sth in me that can't adjust to school times im norm going to bed at 2am and wake up at 10/11pm typa person but bc of school i end up sleeping at 2/3 bc of hw/tests and then i end up getting up at 6.40.... so i come home and allow this cycle to repeat further bc......   reply
