I draw so i guess it was easy for me as applying makeup is similar to drawing? but I learned through tutorials, the thing is you should take your time, it will look smudgy if you rush it and use tap tap tap motion (don't swipe, it will ruin it)
just practice and don't be scared to experiment, trust the process
