If you don’t want to change your style too much—then, when it comes to depicting age, adding more lines on the face (where lines should be) typically makes characters look older by default. That may be fun to experiment with.
Or you could cheat, and give them a nice beard.
Otherwise, it may be time to revisit some basic anatomy.
