As an adhd that also get sleepy with caffein, Try green tea no sugar but dont forget to eat first before drinking them to avoid gerd and nausea. Leave some time gap after eating (15 min or so) before drinking the green tea dont finish them in 1 go do small sip while you study. this is what I do when my chronic insomnia+ nightmares act up again lol. I suck on something sweet. lollipops/tootsiepops/gummies/popsicles. i will contuined to suck until its gone (do not bite down, just suck too slower get it down so u do not have much.)   reply
