Okay so this is NOT healthy and can rlly fck up your system but this is what I do as someone w audhd that also gets sleepy from caffeine Take naps. I don't mean proper ones, lay your head somewhere and put an alarm every 15min, you get some sleep and the alarm freaks your body up so much the sleepiness disappears for a few hours.
