ibis paint free version (i aint paying to draw bruh) and on my phone. i have a samsung note tho so the pen comes in handy. but those cheap stylus pens will do just fine too. and honestly you dont need nothing fancy to create good digital art. it's about technique. oh and you can do simple animations on ibis too. probably a good way to get started o......
