Can male omegas impregnate themselves since omegas x omegas exist

from my understanding no they can't, there's been a few stories I've read that explained the 3 genders in detail saying omegas have azoospermia which is the medical term for semen with no sperm in it, meaning they can't get anyone pregnant.   1 reply

Omegaverse world is really adjustable so it highly depends on the author. There are omegaverses while Alphas can get pregnant but there are those where they cannot. I have read some omegaverse where the MC had omega x omega parents, so it entirely depends on the author.   reply

random nerd that might be wrong taking a chance at this question: Short answer; no, not without any hormone therapy to aid with it. Long answer; I think their bodies hormonal wise function pretty similar to intersex people. One set of gonads developed fully while the other only develops half way.
