Little rant about some Italian people

I swear I hate those Italians who'd always comment something like "I'm Italian and that's not how you do it" "I'm Italian and that thing does not belong there" oh for gods sake pleassse shut the fuck up no one cares if your Italian or whatever your race is just let people do what they want with their food like I saw a video about a lady cleaning her cheese wheel then an Italian commented "Italian here: just a useful reminder that this is NOT an Italian way of using Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano and to be honest it's also quite painful to see, because this 2 cheeses must be used in a balanced way, otherwise it covers every other taste (in Italy, with pasta, we use it pretty much only grated and 1-2 tbs for a whole portion of pasta, if it has no fish). Anyway. I say this because if you come to Italy and see restaurants offering something like this, they're just expensive tourist traps there Q to steal you too much money." Like OK you do it that way cool and good but you do not need to but your fucking self in and say "Ermm Italian here and thats not the ITALIAN WAY to clean your cheese wheel" like not everyone is fuck ass Italian cuhh
