Do i delete the SS of my assaulter

Ive had this dudes ss’s for like the past year detailing some sexist, racist, morally wrong and some minor confessions of the assault but there are so many of them and i doubt ill ever take him to court (especially considering the lovely success rates haha) so atp im just debating if i delete it all and move on with my life or keep them “just in case”
