for everyday exercise i'm a hardcore swimmer and runner, calisthenics in winter. i've been doing jiu jitsu for over 2 decades now. also been doing snowboarding/skiing since i was a kid every winter. then there is dirt biking, mountain biking and rock climbing for leisure. not sure if we are considering those as a sport. all that to say i'm a sp......   1 reply
