how do i wake up early
I know most people are just going to say “sleep early” but the problem is that i can’t!!! I tried it to sleep at 9-10pm but i couldnt stop being hyperaware of everything around me. i’ve been tossing and turning yet no progress on any sign of drowsiness. Even if i close my eyes: nothing.
I genuinely cant bring myself to sleep early. But even if i do magically sleep when i tire myself out, i still wake up at 11am. No matter how late or early i sleep, my body goes “alright buddy thats enough of sleep wake up” at 11am… Always at 11am. I understand my body’s just making up for all my allnighters from studying, cramming, and reading yaoi but yk. i dont wanna be sleep deprived anymore somebody save me.
also alarms dont work. Ive had alarms since the start of the school year but it has no effect bc when i sleep like a dead saltfish. My mom made me turn it off because it doesnt actually alarm me to wake up + its loud to an extent that u can hear it from downstairs. So yeah im cooked.
i usually set an alarm for every 2-5 minutes between 4:55-7:30 am and try to aim for bed time at 8-9 pm. torture yourself and force your body to wake up or go to sleep at certain times. It’ll learn.
tbh though maybe your body isn’t tired enough to go to sleep, try to do more things to get rid of some of that energy. And get into the habit of ......
