Just stare at the wall or your phone and think things you have to do next morning, plan things in your head or just overthink nonsense things it works for me to sleep early but for waking up i just wake up early without doing anything but since you said alarms doesn't work make someone wake you up and still have an alarm once your body got used to ......   reply
