Does anyone had a habit of like peeling the crust in your mouth over and over again?
Like I'll peel it off until my mouth feels like it's being burned, plus I'd do this like all the damn time, not even using a lip balm or anything would help me from peeling my lips
Yes, but I got over that habit by applying Vaseline, going to bed, and the crust comes off immediately, so yk, no more bleeding lips like I got done making out with Dracula.

Yes, It was a habit of mine when I get bored, and it hurt like hell. My math teacher always caught me peeling my lips and will immediately ask a random question so I could stop—I really think he was kinda disturbed with my habit coz I space out when I’m doing it hahaha. reply
Yes what i do is i find the most oily tinted lipbalm / lip oil in the market so when i unconsciously try to peel them my hand would get oily and i would remind myself not to do it.
Also sleeping mask is just chef kiss i use Lucas' Papaw Ointment everytime before i went to sleep reply
This is so true somtimes i like when it bleed. the sting it gave was lowkey fun (especially eating sour or spicy food)
But when i feel like functioning like a proper person i use sebamed lipbalm but use it only after you drink water and let your lips get wet a little from the water so there's moisture ig reply
