Yes what i do is i find the most oily tinted lipbalm / lip oil in the market so when i unconsciously try to peel them my hand would get oily and i would remind myself not to do it.
Also sleeping mask is just chef kiss i use Lucas' Papaw Ointment everytime before i went to sleep
