record yourself, that way you're forced to perform and your phone is away from you. Try to think "I'm gonna record myself studying for X minutes" start small but make your way up there. Good luck, babe!   2 reply

I don’t have adhd so may not be helpful but I get distracted really easily and what helps is A. Doing say five pages of work or whatever is a good chunk, reading or doing something you enjoy (like reading 3 chapters of a manga or something), then repeat B. Rewarding yourself with food when you do something. I like putting chocolate chips in rasp......   reply

Going to a library where ppl study helps me. Think of a goal and reward. Do a rotate subject study in every 10 minutes. or take a break every 10-30 minutes.   1 reply

the way i get myself to get work done is through rewards. if i get a big thing done i give myself a treat. it's usually just a lollipop or something simple like that but those treats really do help. sometimes i even save music for when i get stuff done and listen to it after. but takes a whole backlog of music that you hadnt listened to yet reall......   1 reply

Just sit the hell down and start doing your work. Sounds mean but ngl this works for me. Like it's so easy to get caught up on "getting in the zone" or the techniques you see online, but at the end of the day, half of the battle is just sitting the hell down and making the mental decision to start working.
