DO NOT pick up smoking, trust me it makes it worse. take a break and breath and read something fluffy on here or do something that makes you happy and calm or pet your animal to help calm down the nerves. just please don't start smoking it makes the anxiety worse and then you'll have lung problems   2 reply

Uhh maybe plan how ur gonna study for what you’d need to know over a couple of days anywhere from 4-6 days before exam then just keep reviewing the material every day while studying the new material- getting overwhelmed and freezing wont help, smoking cigarettes won’t help and weed might maybe help a little, but ur productivity will slow down a......   reply

No, don’t pick up smoking, instead pick up a water bottle and lay down. I sometimes get that feeling as well, but in the end when the actual college exam comes it’s really not that bad, review everything you know and take breaks and notes.
