I do think suicide is selfish (according to the definition). You don't take in consideration for the people that will miss you (even if you think there aren't anyone that will miss you, trust me there ARE) and the people who will have to clean up the body.
But at the same time, I would never think that someone who committed is selfish. Is the act......
