Let me answer according to my personal experience, I don't want people who traumatized me to contact me. I'm already moving on with my life right now. I don't want to be reminded of it again. I'm also someone who doesn't want to talk to anyone during the recovery process. But I don't know if this is appropriate for your situation.   1 reply
