I feel like my standard for good is just weird because I think so far... only two or three of the responses actually are good manhwa imo and the rest are mid or isolated-and-in-a-vacuum-assuming-no-other-options level "good".
Anyway, I don't have any example for manhwa, but for manga... It's the Apothecary Diaries and Frieren.
