I'm feeling proud of myself

Hey guys i just wanna share my journey of healing from not being able to sleep and my extreme social anxiety, Wednesday of last week i got prescribed new medications and since then I've been able to sleep at night and i've been able to go outside without feeling like if i did id die . I'm still at the start of the journey but i'm happy

so so so proud!!! esp. since i've been (and still am from time to time) going through this, so i know how fucking exhausting that is. you are doing amazing ️ hope it will get even better and better. right meds and therapy can do wonders smh. sending sm love!!! 1 reply
