Is it me or a lot of memes these days are overstimulating that my head hurts

I just met up with my younger sis and bro (we got a huge age gap) who uses tiktok and there’s so many sounds happening in the video that my head hurts. I want to say I’m getting older cause I don’t understand these things but the ones who’s making these things are surely in my age range as well

yeah that but slang too like bruh esp in my native language people just keep coming up with stuff and my younger sister (she is a freshman in high school rn) always writes me messagess with these new nonsense slang terms and i don’t understand SHIT feeling old rn 1 reply
