Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. I believe nobody is truly ugly or anything, it's their actions that make them who they are. Just try to stay hygienic, eat healthy and get some sunlight. That's all that matters. If he's bothered you don't look 4'11 with huge butt and perfectly full lips, he can leave.
