As someone who has facial deformity, it does.
However, I did live a smooth life as I never cared about romantic relationships anyways. I made good friends and many strangers have been kind to me (not children tho they're usually mean :v)
I am a bit concerned about job hunting tho. I heard appearance matters for jobs.
