Well you're most likely to lose about 2-3kg only in a week if you have fast metabolism. Everything depends on ur metabolism when it comes to losing weight faster. Honestly just calorie deficit, idk what country u live in but go less on oily foods and sugary food. You might not be fat (not insulting this is a word) either but maybe bloated. Losing weight in one week…the most you'd lose is water weight and MAYBE some weight (0.2 pounds). Without doing some extreme diet there's no way to lose as much you probably want. And if you do extreme dieting your muscle goes first, doesn't target the fat much. So if you gain the weight back you'll look even fatter without muscle which I'm sure ......   reply

i think the maximum ive managed to lose was 4 kg in a week by walking around 25-30 km a day for 5-6 days, it takes a lot of time and u gotta make sure your shoes are proper for long walks but its manageable if u really want to lose weight in a short time   reply
