Weirdest Dialogue Opening

Okay, this is probably the weirdest dialogue opening to a story I have ever seen, wtf? XD

I was flabbergasted by literally the first page's dialogue. Not mentally prepared for this level of random weirdness.

Please tell me/show me wtf your reaction to that glorious dialogue is. (Pics appreciated, make sit more fun to actually see a fitting reaction you have.)
