ABSOLUTELY NOT i love being a girl and female friendships. i wouldn't trade it for the world. what would i envy? the male loneliness rate? the way so many guys can't express their true feelings with one another because they're scared they'll be called weak?   reply

no, my entire friend group is all guys, 1 girl and me. the only person who didn't secretly talk smack abt me and/or sexualize me is the girl bleh.   2 reply

never ever. i actually cherish the platonic relationships with my female friends so much, i don’t even feel that single, because my heart is full and my thoughts are heard (and vice versa). i don’t think i could ever have that with a man. friendships/relationships with other women are so special to me i can’t even describe it.   reply

Idk how this is gonna sound but yh lowkey, I feel like in certain aspects of my relationships w other girls I can't as easily joke about certain topics the same way I've seen guys do it + b/w girls there's alw this atmosphere of competitiveness, I would never throw away my female friendships tho bc in the same way I think guy relationships smt don'......   reply

I have been in relationships with men as a man. It's hard work, I don't want to make a sweeping generalization because there is always exceptions, but the lack of emotional intelligence and empathy is devastating. Making real connections with men is really hard, heartbreaking. So, to answer your question, no, I don't see anything to envy about it.   1 reply
