Anyone with the iPhone 16e?

My mom bought me a new phone through her AT&T plan. She could choose from all the iPhone 16 models and it was cheap for all of them. But I wanted 256gb of storage, and the only model that allowed that through the plan was the iPhone 16e

She went ahead and got it and I was curious what made the 16e different from the 16 so I looked ot up.

People are saying the phone is trash and a waste of money Now I’m scared. The phone looks super nice and I don’t mind the singular camera but idk. The specs also seemed good with the A18 chip and wayyy better battery life than I have rn as well as the 16 and 16 pro.

Does anyone have the 16e or enough knowledge to compare it to the other iPhone 16 models? (16, 16e, plus, pro, pro max)
