What do you do to take ur mind off of things.. someone I liked alot turned out to not gaf abt me and got a gf.. how do I take my mind off this chat

focus on school/work or maybe like a hobby but the same thing happened to me n I just kept thinking abt it for awhile till eventually I js didn’t care it’ll get better trust me 2 reply
