There is this reddit thread on LADS saying that LADS should win a goddamn game award. That piece of bullshit game that people only play because they are horny as and can't read hentai because kyaaa too embarrassing better stick to their ao3/wattpad PORN addiction instead because pictures are too much and too gooner and too incel.
Like there is 100% an issue with male gacha games and how male-made games are prioritized, but using LADS as a way to say that their goddamn story is enough to warrant a game award tells me that fandom should go and drown in the deepest pits in the universe for their pure, unadulterated simping.
Come on, combat system? It's literally just a dmg reduction shield bar + skills that require different combos, but the system is so bad it doesn't even have a combo counter like in ZZZ lmao. The only thing LADS has is a cum counter for how many times the girls there wet their pants because omg Caleb holds me kyaaaa~~~(false information: they don't, but they basically do and it's called the ULT button). If they didn't want reactions they could have done something like some parts of ZZZ where you have like idk perfect hits or something.
It usually takes like a week (I'm pretty slow) in Genshin to upgrade a character to adequate levels (not god tier 500% critdmg or smth). It's been like, over several months now, and I still don't have any of Caleb's cards upgraded to level 80 and awakened because of how sparse the resources are. SEVERAL MONTHS. It's insane I'm actually going insane because it takes three days worth of dailies to raise Caleb by ONE LEVEL in this game at level 77. THREE DAYS. My god, this game wants you to go on your knees, suck their CEO's dick, and beg for him for resources because that is the only way anyone is ever getting levelled up in this stupid dumbass game.
AND THEY WANT A GAME AWARD??? LIKE PLEASE, THE ONLY THING THIS GAME WILL EVER GET IS JUDGEMENTAL STARES AT XAVIER FUCKS YOU IN VANILLA PORN BECAUSE THEY CAN'T RAISE THE AGE RATING IN CHINA.
The stellactum requirements are straight up just forcing you to pull and spread out your resources, locking you to play characters you might not want to play or kits you just don't like. Like, wdym I have to match this shield with this shield or else it's virtually unwinnable. You can defeat the hydro thing in Genshin using Barbara with the right weapon. AND SHE'S A HYDRO CATALYST. PLAY PHYSICAL CHILDE. The content itself isn't unclearable even like that. Barbara DPS is literally a meme. For all people shit on Genshin, at least it tries and at least it makes an attempt and at least there are wonky kits like Sethos that eat up Energy to do something, tell me what LADS does? It has some weapons that you can choose that are bullshit because they all suck anyway.
This thing is worse than Dragon Raja because at least Dragon Raja has classes.
There is NO flexibility, even Arknights knows how annoying it is when you force people to play a specific character. HSR even knows this and it's literally a meta slave atp. The ONE complaint people had in AK during that chessgame event was that people HAD to use a specific roaster. The ONE complaint people had about the boss tailored to Castorice was that it was clearly tailored to make Castorice look as OP as possible. And you have a system which imo, is ok to make the shield and the stellactum but you cannot seriously make it IMPOSSIBLE to win if you use another set of cards. Like it's actually impossible sometimes. Nah, LADS makes you take a massive L and forces you into a harem to fight all hot and bothered next to guys that you might not even want to get wishes because this game's gacha system is so shit it puts genshin and hsr to shame and hsr is LITERALLY A META SLAVE. LIKE LITERALLY A META SLAVE HOW ARE YOU THIS BAD THAT YOU ARE WORSE THAT HSR.
And the artefact grind. You already have to grind like hell for the stupid EXP, why do I need to grind for artefacts too? At least in Genshin I can level a character to like level 60 in a single day or two if I have some stuff saved.
But no, we're just ignoring how "great" LADS is. It's literally like those cheap anime ripoff games but worse because at least those have some action interaction because they know they can't farm aura off of Jinwoo's back alone. The one thing that made it slightly different from other otome games sucks so bad and the only reason why people don't mind is because LADS is riding the wave of people who either don't like fighting games or don't care and are there for lore. This game knows that the people playing don't play games or don't care. And it's just milking it and now the fandom wants to pretend this game deserves a gold star when all it has is straight up just story telling??? ARKNIGHTS HAD A MEME CHARACTER THAT FOR SOME TIME WAS THE ONLY WAY TO PROC AN OP MECHANIC. A MEME CHARACTER. Where are my stupid clears and my weird teams that make no sense?
