I've been getting sleep paralysis since I was 5 (that's my earliest memory of experiencing it). It's not fun ( ̄∇ ̄") Anyways, I often get sleep paralysis when I'm super stressed and fatigued. Getting really tired will make your eyes shut in no time but the stress makes your mind awake. The combination creates a very sleepy and tired body whic......   2 reply

If you want to have lucid dreams, sleep paralysis is NOT the way to get it since that's mostly nightmares and affects your daily life.   reply

Get poor sleep. I've been able to induce it these past couple months just to see what the hype is about. My sister tells me it's scary af and she's only had it once. I've been able to induce it 3 times so far. A fun experience all around but slightly boring cuz I can't move. And I always have it when I need to be up and doing important tasks   reply
