guys random question. what is the best way to get sleep paralysis.
I searched up lot of away done it, just wanted to hear some opinions

and if u wanted to know why its for lucid dreaming and other things

also how to get rid of the swallowing reflex? its messing me up

Idk, one time when I was kind of lucid dreaming, I was kind of just asleep but still awake, so just try to got to sleep but stay awake at the same time ig? Idk man. reply
