It's a case of right-wing people co-opting language that was supposed help name/ bring awareness of systemic injustice specifically to the struggles of African-Americans (who coined the term in the 70's). However, some people see/ feel that any loss of privilege they have (be it as rich, white, cis, male, able-bodied or all of the above) as oppress......   reply
