I agree with the water + good sleep Also this two grandma tips I got: -leave spoons in the freezer overnight the put them under your eyes (only for a few seconds and taking breaks so it doesn't hurt) -make yourself some black tea, leave the teabag to the side to cool down and apply them to your eyes Im a depressed and sleep deprived mf so I do thi......   reply
